- 1 ½ t salt (seasalt is great)
- 1 t dried dill (optional)

- Large bowl – makes it easier for stirring.
How to Make Salt and Vinegar Popcorn
1. Using an air popper, pop 8 cups worth of popcorn. Sift out the unpopped kernels by transferring just the popped corn to a large mixing bowl. Set the popcorn aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine the butter and vinegar and heat in the microwave in 10-15 second increments until the butter is melted. Stir well.
3. Drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn slowly and evenly.
4. Sprinkle with the salt and dill (if using). Toss the popcorn to coat evenly – use a long spoon to stir. If you’ve got the lid to the bowl, put in on and shake the popcorn to coat it.
