Variations and Substitutions:
It’s easy to switch up the ingredients used for this festive fun snack! Here’s a few ideas:
Grinch Vegetable Platter
Turn this into more of a Grinch Vegetable Platter by substituting broccoli florets instead of grapes for the face.
Change out the mozzarella and use cauliflower florets instead.
Sliced red bell peppers can be used for the Grinch’s Christmas hat, instead of the pepperoni slices.
Grinch Guacamole Board
Use guacamole for the grinch’s face instead. Red peppers will work great for the hat. Use cheese for the eye and a olive for each pupil.
Serve along with chips on the side, or line the bottom of the board with tortilla chips.
Grinch Fruit Tray Ideas
Want to go with a meatless Grinch fruit tray? Easily switch out the pepperoni slices and use whole strawberries instead!
Simply arrange them in the shape of the hat.
Grinch Fruit and Veggie Tray
Want to combine both? Why not try using halved cherry tomatoes for the hat, and use red and green grapes for the face. You could also use kiwi slices.
