How much alcohol should you put in Jello shots?
Anywhere between 1/2 cup and 2/3 cup of alcohol can go into your Jello shots. If you add much more than that, it’s possible that the Jello won’t properly set and will remain a liquid.
When it comes to alcohol content, Jello shots are fairly mild. It takes about 3-4 Jello shots to equal the same amount of alcohol in a typical shot.
How long will Jello shots keep?
Jello shots can be kept in the fridge for as long as a week. They’ll be at their best within 3-5 days. Be sure to check for quality if you plan to serve them any time after that.
Can these be made with vodka?
